Pitchandikulam Forest is an environmental organization based in Auroville, India. PF has more than 51 years of experience in restoration ecology on the Coromandel Coast. The ethno-medicinal forest at Pitchandikulam and the Adyar Eco-Park provides a useful demonstration of what PF is capable of transforming and sustaining. The main mission of the organization is to restore, protect and preserve the local remnant coastal Forest also known as East Deccan Dry Evergreen Forest [EDDEF],and to restore the watersheds in Tamil Nadu.
